वनाग्नि पर गढ़वाल चीफ का कड़ा रुख: जंगलों में आग लगाने वालों पर होगी सख्त कानूनी कार्रवाई, दर्ज होंगे मुकदमे !
मसूरी/कैम्पटी। प्रदेश में बढ़ते तापमान और वनाग्नि की घटनाओं को देखते हुए वन विभाग ने अब कमर कस ली है। इसी क्रम में मुख्य वन संरक्षक (CCF) गढ़वाल धीरज पांडेय एवं यमुना वृत की वन संरक्षक (CF) नीतू लक्ष्मी ने संयुक्त रूप से मसूरी वन प्रभाग का औचक निरीक्षण किया। इस दौरान गढ़वाल चीफ ने दो टूक शब्दों में कहा कि जंगलों की सुरक्षा से खिलवाड़ करने वाले शरारती तत्वों को किसी भी सूरत में बख्शा नहीं जाएगा।
उपकरणों की जांच कर परखी फील्ड स्टाफ की मुस्तैदी अपने क्षेत्रीय भ्रमण के दौरान उच्चाधिकारियों ने फायर क्रू स्टेशन का बारीकी से निरीक्षण किया। गढ़वाल चीफ धीरज पांडेय ने स्वयं फायर गार्ड और बीट अधिकारियों से वनाग्नि शमन उपकरणों के तकनीकी संचालन की जानकारी ली। उन्होंने मौके पर तैनात कर्मचारियों को निर्देश दिए कि सूचना मिलते ही रिस्पॉन्स टाइम कम से कम होना चाहिए ताकि आग को फैलने से रोका जा सके !
अराजक तत्वों पर होगी सीधी कार्रवाई
निरीक्षण के दौरान अधिकारियों ने निर्देश दिए कि जो भी व्यक्ति वन क्षेत्र में आग लगाने का दोषी पाया जाता है, उसके खिलाफ सख्त धाराओं में मुकदमा दर्ज किया जाए। उन्होंने बीट अधिकारियों को अपने-अपने क्षेत्रों में गश्त बढ़ाने और संदिग्धों पर कड़ी नजर रखने के आदेश दिए।
निरीक्षण के दौरान यह रहे मौजूद इस अवसर पर मसूरी वन प्रभाग के डीएफओ अमित कुंवर, उप प्रभागीय वनाधिकारी उदय नन्द गौड़ व दिनेश नौडियाल, कैम्पटी रेंज की वनक्षेत्राधिकारी श्रीमती अमिता थपलियाल, उप राजिक जतन दास, वन दरोगा गजेन्द्र दत्त गौड़ व सुश्री परिसी थपलियाल, वन बीट अधिकारी विवेक डोभाल, विपिन वर्मा, अजीत कैंतुरा, सुश्री गीता राणा एवं फायर गार्ड उपस्थित रहे।
Strict Action Against Arsonists: CCF Garhwal Dheeraj Pandey Inspects Mussoorie Forest Division
Mussoorie/Kempty. With the rise in forest fire incidents, the Forest Department has adopted a zero-tolerance policy. Chief Conservator of Forests (Garhwal) Dheeraj Pandey and CF Yamuna Circle Neetu Laxmi conducted a surprise inspection of the Mussoorie Forest Division to review fire preparedness.
Testing Equipment and Field Readiness During the tour, CCF Dheeraj Pandey inspected the Fire Crew Stations and evaluated the technical proficiency of the field staff. He emphasized that the response time must be minimized to ensure immediate containment of any fire outbreaks.
Direct Prosecution for Forest Fires
The Garhwal Chief issued a stern mandate to book any individual found intentionally lighting fires under strict legal sections. He instructed beat officers to remain highly vigilant and intensify patrolling in sensitive zones.
